Dear American Consulate Reprasentatives,

I am writing this reference for ABC who is applying for US VISA in order to learn and improve his English.

I have known ABC for two years in my capacity as a teacher at X University.  A  took (1. Dersi yazin)  and (2.dersi yazin varsa) from me and earned superior grades in those classes. Based on A 's grades, attendance and class participation, I'd rate A 's academic performance in my class as superior.

Therefore, I would highly recommend ABC for you to give him  for a student VISA because  after 6 months his English education,we would like to see him in our Master Program at X University. However, before our program, we would like to see A’s English improved. The best way to learn English is to go America. Thus, please help him to get VISA in order to learn English.
